Upward Weekly Practice:
Team practices are scheduled weekly during the season on Mon., Tues., Thurs. and Fri. Team Coaches have assigned nights of practice.

Upward Basketball and Cheerleading Season
Our normal Upward Season is Jan - Mar packed full with practices and ongoing league games for Basketball and Cheerleading. Weekly practices are help Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.
