Upward Basketball and Cheerleading Season

Our normal Upward Season is Jan - Mar packed full with practices and ongoing league games for Basketball and Cheerleading. This league is open to children Kindergarten (Age 5) through 8th Grade. 
Practices for the League begin January 1, 2024. Weekly practices are held Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings.  Assigned nights depend on team placement. 
Games begin January 13, 2024.
