Mission Focus: MBC Church Plant Outreach to community in Brazil. Works alongside Primavera Project to help give the hope of a better life to a very poor community in Brazil. They help teach them the Gospel of Christ.

Victory Dream Center
Location: 607 E. College Street, Carbondale IL
Leadership: Doug and Lisa Cherry serve as the Senior pastors and Nathan and Tara Cherry serve as the Associate Pastors as well as the Food Pantry Director and Youth Center Director.
Mission Focus: At Victory Dream Center, our heart’s desire is to show the love and mercy of Jesus Christ to the Southern Illinois community. As a church, food pantry, youth center and community center, we are passionate about meeting the spiritual and physical needs of those surrounding us. The Dream Center is a church and non-profit organization that operates by the support of the community.

Mission Focus: Clarity Women's Care helps provide support to pregnant women by providing counseling, medical care, tests, baby items, classes, and material support. Our monthly support helps Moms choose Life for their babies and provides emotional and material support to hundreds of women and families in Southern IL.

Mission Focus: Ashley Zhao was on our SIU Campus and followed God's call to serve with InterVarsity's international student ministry at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Pray as this Christian community meets weekly for evangelism, worship, teaching and studying the Bible together.

Mission Focus: Gum Drops began in January 2008 feeding 12 at-risk children. Currently, the organization feeds over 1,585 at-risk children every week of the school year. Gum Drops is in six counties, 14 different school districts, and 37 schools throughout Southern Illinois. Our church collects food donations and also gives monthly to help support this ministry. Volunteers are needed each week to help pack backpacks. Backpacks are packed every Tuesday and Wednesday evenings beginning at 6:30 pm and Tuesday mornings at 10:00 am at the Gum Drops Packing Station,.

Mission Focus: Life-Affirming ministry means valuing what God values. This Christian ministry is an organized effort that views all human life as a sacred gift from God, working to protect it from conception to natural death. This groups focus on presenting different choices at local abortion / planned parenthood locations, supporting mothers and families as they choose life, and caring for vulnerable people at every stage of life.

Mission Focus: Christian education scholarships are financial aid options provided by Murdale Baptist Church to help parents pay for tuition at faith-based schools or home-schooling for children in grades K-12.
