THIS form is for ONLINE registration. Go back to the website to print up a paper form to fill out, or come by the church.
Please fill out ONE form for EACH child registering.
Register BEFORE June 1, 2024, for the discounted price.
You must come by or call the Church Office for multiple student discounts in the same household, for different payment methods, or for other financial assistance.
Call the Church Office M-F 9:00 to 12; 1:30-3:30, for SWOC Registrations & Questions.
After you register your child(ren), you must come by the Church Office to pick up your child(ren)'s Books & CDs.

While you are not required to Try-Out to be in SWOC, Boys and Girls of all ages are needed for solos, speaking roles, and other special groups & duties! Please see separate form for Try-Out Information!

Registration Fee is $75 per child on or before May 31st. The Registration Fee increases to $85 on or after June 1st. (This fee includes 1 Student T-Shirt, 1 Student Musical Book, 1 CD of Musical, Drinks & Snacks each day, 1 Group Picture, Fun/Water Day Food & Activities, and Awards.) This does NOT include an optional purchase of a Performance DVD.
