IMPORTANT NOTE: SWOC IS A CHRISTIAN MINISTRY OF MURDALE BAPTIST CHURCH. ALL VOLUNTEER WORKERS MUST SUPPORT AND ABIDE BY THE BIBLICAL STANDARDS OF MBC. We definitely allow & enjoy Christians outside of
Murdale Baptist to volunteer to serve; however, we ask that you not “advertise,” “proselytize,” or otherwise “push” your church’s beliefs while volunteering this week. This week is not about denominations. It is about ministering to the boys, girls, and their families by sharing the Biblical truths in this year’s musical & the Bible Quiz verses being taught.
Serving as a SWOC Volunteer is a Privilege, and we reserve the right to choose the best qualified applicants. If you have questions about the expectations of
Volunteer Workers, please do not hesitate to contact me ahead of time.

NEW Applicants, 7th grade and up, must fill out the entire form.
(NEW Adult Applicants omit birthdate, age, and grade!)
IF YOU HAVE WORKED WITH ME BEFORE, you only need to fill out sections marked with * (including the last question about conflicts). Update old information, and teen’s age & grade. If you have a child too young for SWOC and need preschool childcare, please put that information below. (Childcare is ONLY for workers’ children.)

MOST workers MUST work the entire week, the entire day, and attend all performances.

Worker Schedule: June 17-21, 8:15 AM-3:30 PM;
Performances: June 22, 6:00 PM, June 23, 6:00 PM. (Workers arrive at 5:00 PM)
